Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
To provide faster delivery and improved inventory availability, orders may be fulfilled from either our DFW Distribution Center (Texas, USA) or our India Fulfillment Warehouse, depending on product availability, inventory location, and your delivery destination.
If your order contains items stocked in different fulfillment locations, your items may be shipped separately. You will receive a tracking number for each shipment where applicable.
United States Delivery
Products stocked in our DFW Distribution Center are shipped using domestic U.S. shipping services.
Orders placed before 12:00 PM Central Time (CT) with Express or Next Business Day shipping are generally processed and dispatched the same business day.
Orders placed after 12:00 PM CT, on weekends, or on public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Canada Delivery
Orders delivered to Canada may be fulfilled from either our U.S. Distribution Center or our India Fulfillment Warehouse, depending on inventory availability.

International Fulfillment (Ships from India)
Certain handcrafted, artisan-made, specialty, or made-to-order products are fulfilled directly from our India Fulfillment Warehouse.

Made-to-order products generally require 4–6 weeks for production before shipment. Estimated production times are displayed on applicable product pages.
Customs & Import Information
Orders Delivered within the United States
Customers will not be charged customs duties or import fees, regardless of whether the order is fulfilled from our DFW Distribution Center or our India Fulfillment Warehouse.
Dyulokha manages the import process for eligible U.S.-bound shipments.
Orders Delivered to Canada
Customs responsibility depends on the fulfillment location and shipping service selected during checkout.
- Orders fulfilled from our India Fulfillment Warehouse generally include applicable customs duties, import taxes, and standard customs clearance charges, which are covered by Dyulokha.
- Orders fulfilled from our DFW Distribution Center using DHL, UPS, USPS, or other carrier-calculated international shipping services may be subject to customs duties, brokerage fees, import taxes, or other import-related charges assessed by Canadian customs or the selected carrier. These charges are the responsibility of the customer where applicable.
Order Processing
- Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
- Processing times may vary based on inventory availability and fulfillment location.
- Orders containing products from multiple warehouses may ship separately.
- During peak shopping periods, processing and delivery times may be extended.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.
If your order is fulfilled in multiple shipments, separate tracking emails may be sent for each package.

Orders are shipped using trusted carrier partners, including:

Carrier availability varies by destination and selected shipping method.

Delivery estimates are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed.
Delays may occur due to weather, carrier operations, customs inspections, peak holiday periods, or other circumstances beyond Dyulokha's reasonable control.
Shipping charges paid during checkout are generally non-refundable once an order has been shipped, except where required by applicable law or if the error is caused by Dyulokha.
