Introduction
Welcome to Dyulokha LLC (“Dyulokha LLC,” “we,” or “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms″) govern your use of our website https://dyulokha.com (“Website”), hereafter referred to as “the Site”. These Terms include information about usage, licensing, and intellectual property. Please read these Terms carefully. By using the Site and acknowledging your consent to these Terms by pressing “I agree,” you consent to these legally binding Terms as well as our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy which is hereby incorporated.
Marketplace Platform
Dyulokha operates an online marketplace that connects customers with independent sellers, brands, artisans, manufacturers, and fulfillment partners.
Products offered on the Site may be sold or fulfilled directly by Dyulokha LLC or by participating marketplace sellers. Unless otherwise stated, Dyulokha acts as the marketplace operator facilitating transactions between customers and participating sellers.
By placing an order through the Site, you acknowledge that products may be fulfilled from different warehouse locations or directly by participating sellers depending on inventory availability.
Consent and Capacity
In order to use our services, you must be at least eighteen years of age. Your use of our services is conditioned on your acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please discontinue your use of the Site. By using our services, you warrant that you are entering into a binding contract with Dyulokha LLC. Areas of the Site may also be subject to additional terms. Any additional terms are not intended to replace or supersede these Terms, but rather supplement these Terms in those specific areas. Please take the time to familiarize yourself with the additional conditions of those areas before accessing them.
Intellectual Property Rights
Dyulokha LLC’s trademarks, trade names, logos, and other intellectual property incorporated into the Site are the sole property of Dyulokha LLC or its licensors and are protected under copyright, trademark, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. Copying or distributing any material, illustrations, photographs, video, or content from the Site without consent is strictly prohibited. Additionally, any use that constitutes an infringement of any of the above-stated intellectual property rights is prohibited. We, in our sole discretion, reserve the right to remove any content or take any steps deemed appropriate to protect such rights.
User Responsibilities
Users of the Site agree to the following guidelines:
- You will not circumvent, evade, disable, or otherwise interfere with the security of the Site.
- You will not engage in any activities that disrupt the Site or its users, such as spamming or collecting personal information without consent.

Marketplace Transactions
Products available on the Site may originate from different sellers, brands, or fulfillment partners.
While Dyulokha carefully curates marketplace participants, product availability, pricing, fulfillment location, processing times, and inventory may vary between products.
Orders containing multiple products may be shipped separately from different fulfillment locations.
Dyulokha reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order due to inventory unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, payment issues, legal restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Prices
The price for an item on the DYULOKHA Services may differ from the price shown in a User’s shopping cart and it is possible that such price may increase or decrease between the time the item is placed in a shopping cart and the time that the purchase is actually made. On rare occasions, an item may be priced incorrectly on the DYULOKHA Services. If the price for the item on the DYULOKHA Services is incorrect and is actually higher than the price provided at the time of purchase, then, at the sole discretion of DYULOKHA, DYULOKHA may either (a) contact the User for instructions before shipping the item or charging the User for such item; (b) cancel the order for such item and notify the User of such cancellation; or (c) ship the item at the incorrect price to the benefit of the User.
Product Availability
Product availability displayed on the Site is subject to change without notice.
Items may become unavailable after an order has been placed due to inventory updates, seller availability, manufacturing delays, or other operational circumstances.
If any item becomes unavailable, Dyulokha may:
- cancel the unavailable item;
- offer an alternative product;
- partially fulfill the order; or
- issue a refund for unavailable items.
Shipping & Fulfillment
Shipping times, delivery estimates, warehouse locations, customs responsibilities, and shipping charges are governed by Dyulokha's Shipping & Delivery Policy.
Products may ship from one or more fulfillment centers located in the United States, India, or other supported fulfillment regions.
Orders containing multiple items may be fulfilled separately.
Delivery estimates are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Returns, replacements, refunds, exchanges, and return eligibility are governed by Dyulokha's Returns & Exchanges Policy.
Certain products, including personalized, customized, made-to-order, or final-sale items, may not be eligible for return except where required by law.
Account Password and Security
Account Password : Every User that has an account for the DYULOKHA Services is responsible for (i) keeping his or her account password confidential and secured; (ii) avoiding unauthorized access to such User’s computer or other devices; and (iii) keeping the contact information associated with that account current. User acknowledges that it is necessary to keep the e-mail address associated with his or her account current because although the User may be able to log into his or her DYULOKHA account using an old e-mail address, such User will not receive messages from DYULOKHA about his or her orders and inquiries or other matters.
Account Security : User accepts full responsibility for all activities that occur within such User’s DYULOKHA account, whether or not authorized by the User.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities occurring under their account.
Users must immediately notify Dyulokha if they suspect unauthorized access, fraudulent activity, or compromise of their account.
Dyulokha reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in suspected fraud, abuse, chargebacks, policy violations, or illegal activities.
Reviews & User Content
Customers may submit reviews, ratings, photographs, videos, comments, or other content relating to products or services.
By submitting such content, you grant Dyulokha a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, display, distribute, modify, publish, and promote such content in connection with the operation and marketing of the marketplace.
You represent that any content submitted:
- is truthful;
- does not violate any law;
- does not infringe third-party rights;
- is not defamatory, abusive, misleading, or unlawful.
Dyulokha reserves the right to remove any submitted content at its sole discretion.
Marketplace Seller Disclaimer
Unless expressly identified as the seller of a product, Dyulokha acts solely as the operator of the online marketplace.
Independent marketplace sellers remain responsible for:
- product descriptions;
- inventory;
- manufacturing;
- product quality;
- warranties (if any);
- compliance with applicable laws.
Nothing in these Terms creates an employment, agency, partnership, or joint venture relationship between Dyulokha and any marketplace seller.
Disclaimer
THE SITE, ITS CONTENT, AND ALL THE MATERIALS ARE “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTY OR GUARANTEE. YOU ACCESS THE SITE AT YOUR OWN RISK UNDERSTANDING THAT DYULOKHA LLC DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NONINFRINGEMENT. DYULOKHA LLC WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR OR LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGE THAT MAY ARISE FROM YOUR USE OF THIS SITE. DYULOKHA LLC DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL WARRANTIES PERTAINING TO THE ACCURACY AND USEFULNESS OF THE MATERIALS, CONTENT, SOFTWARE, OR SERVICES PROVIDED VIA THE SITE. DYULOKHA LLC MAKES NO PROMISES OR REPRESENTATIONS THAT OUR SOFTWARE IS FREE FROM VIRUSES, MALWARE, OR ANY OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT THE SITE WILL BE AVAILABLE WITHOUT INTERRUPTION.
Dyulokha does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of products, inventory, shipping services, marketplace listings, or third-party seller participation.
THIS SECTION APPLIES TO YOU TO THE FULL EXTENT ALLOWED BY APPLICABLE LAW.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PROVIDED BY APPLICABLE LAW, DYULOKHA LLC DOES NOT ACCEPT LIABILITY FOR LOSS OR DAMAGE OF ANY KIND, BE IT DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, ACTUAL, PUNITIVE, OR OTHERWISE, WHETHER IT ARISES FROM PERSONAL INJURY, FINANCIAL LOSS, DATA LOSS, OPPORTUNITY LOSS, THIRD-PARTY USE OR MISUSE, AGGREGATE SERVICE, PERSONAL DISSATISFACTION, OR ANY OTHER DAMAGE RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE. THE FULL ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND THEREFORE RESPONSIBILITY LIES WITH YOU, THE USER AND VISITOR. DYULOKAH LLC, ITS DIRECTORS, SHAREHOLDERS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES, AGENTS, SUBSIDIARIES, ASSIGNORS, AND LICENSORS WILL NOT BE HELD LIABLE IN ANY EVENT. FOR JURISDICTIONS IN WHICH STATUTORY LAW PROHIBITS THE LIMITATION OF CERTAIN TYPES OF LIABILITY RELATED TO THE GROSS NEGLIGENCE OF A PARTY, DYULOKHA LLC’S LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE FULL EXTENT ALLOWED BY APPLICABLE LAW.
Dyulokha shall not be liable for delays resulting from:
- customs inspections;
- carrier delays;
- weather;
- labor disruptions;
- force majeure events;
- government restrictions;
- seller inventory shortages;
- fulfillment delays.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dyulokha LLC, its directors, shareholders, employees, representatives, agents, subsidiaries, assignors, and licensors from and against any lawsuits, disputes, claims, proceedings, demands, costs, or expenses related to or stemming from any use of the Site or your breach of these Terms and any other policies incorporated into this agreement.
Choice of Law
These Terms and any disputes arising from the use of the Site are governed by and construed according to the law of the state of Texas. Each party agrees to submit to the courts of the state of Texas and that the state of Texas has personal jurisdiction over the matter.
Dispute Resolution
We believe that it is beneficial to all parties to quickly resolve any potential disputes as efficiently and cost-effectively as possible. In line with this belief, you agree that any disputes arising from your use of the Site will be handled and resolved according to the provisions of these Terms, unless otherwise explicitly stated. If a dispute arises, you agree to first contact us and attempt to resolve any such issues informally. If informal attempts fail, you agree to submit any claim, dispute, or controversy to binding arbitration.
YOU AGREE TO WAIVE ANY AND ALL RIGHTS TO A JURY TRIAL YOU MAY HAVE IN ANY AND ALL JUDICIAL PROCEDURES AND PROCEEDINGS RELATED TO ANY DISPUTE ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE UNDER THESE TERMS.
ALL PARTIES WAIVE THEIR RIGHTS TO PRESENT CLAIMS IN A CLASS ACTION SUIT.
Force Majeure
Dyulokha shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, acts of government, customs delays, labor disputes, cyberattacks, transportation disruptions, carrier failures, utility interruptions, or similar events.
Severability
If any portion of these Terms is deemed unenforceable, void, or invalid for any reason, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain unaffected and will not be considered unenforceable, void, or invalid. They will maintain the full force of law to the extent possible.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If any updates are made to these Terms, they will be posted here. Additionally, if material changes are made, we will notify you via a notice posted on the Site, and registered users will receive an additional email. Please check this page frequently for updates.
Continued use of the Site after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
